you must have known that I've got one bad experience with King Foto Group whom done my graduation family shoot.

I have been thinking a lot whether to post this article or just keep it as mine.
Truthfully, I have no intention of spreading bad mouth about King Foto Group's fame. They are a pretty famous photography group company in Jakarta for their awesome photoshop photos done [or so I heard]
They are just so famous that I have a hard time deciding on this post.
I don't want to have any possible further problem just because of my post, but I thought it would be a waste if I don't share this with you guys.
I once thought of sending personal email to them. However, after considering a number of matters here, I decided that I am going to make this post.
Hence, my review here is totally my own opinion based on my experience at Pullman Central Park Grand Ballroom, September 20th 2014, during my graduation ceremony.
The story...
After the ceremony ended, I went to my parents seat around 1.00 PM.
I had lunch, snapping some photos, and then decided to do our family photo shoot first [I was planning to join my friends afterwards]
I settled up the bill at their booth and headed towards the bigger photo booth located almost at the end of the hallway.
n.b they have 2 different photo booths. The first one located just outside of the main entrance with 2 photographers, while the second located a little bit far away at the back with 3 photographers
I chose the second booth because they have more photographers, so I thought that it would be faster there.

This is the worse decision that I've made that day.
In short, I gave my 'proof of purchase' paper to the girl whom in charge as the host.
We waited for a little bit and my Mom decided to ask her how many people were before us, so that we will be able to know around what time then our turn was.
She said "more than 10 family"
She didn't gave us the exact number -_-
We waited
and waited
and waited
.
.
.
Almost 1 hour later
My feet was hurting because I wore a 10 cm heels. Without hesitant, I took off my heels and standing on my bare feet.
I just close my ears and eyes because people were staring at my lower half feet.
I didn't care about shame anymore.
Tnen, my friend who came after me, got her chance first. I thought that was strange.
My Mom got impatient and ask her once again
Aaaaaand guess what was her answer
NINE
That long awaiting and we are still at nine.
My Mom got mad
My Dad expression changed
and I got uneasy
I sensed something wrong and I decided to count this time.
More than 7 people came forward and had their shoot.
My Mom, again, ask her about our number.
And guess what once again
She said FOUR
ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME
My Mom told me that there was a girl beside her shouted at King Foto PIC (person-in-charge)
Looks like she was angry because her family already waiting for 1 hour, but her paper was at the bottom. Meaning, she was in the last order
HELLO
Turns out that people from King Foto messed up the queuing number.
She just put the paper whichever she wants and called whoever on top.
NOW I get it.
There was nothing we can do, basically, so....we just waited.
Not so long, they finally called my name.
FIUHHH
I put my bag on the chair and we had our first photo taken.
After that, they need to use that chair, so that bag need to be relocated to other chair.
My Mom moved her bag and my Dad moved my flower.
I was too tired to move so I quietly standing still. The male-assistant of the photographer looked at me and ready to help me move my bag.
And you know what,
the photographer stopped him and told him
"harusnya bukan lu yang pindahin, tapi mereka!"
In English, that means "It shouldn't be you who move the bag, but they are!"
THAT photographer then said to me in a fake kindness, politely asking me to move my bag
I SNAPPED
Hey! I slept for 2 hours the night before and only 2.5 hours that night!
I was so tired of all the hassle and preparation, the flight, the driving, the ceremony, the waiting, and now you guys who was so UNPROFESSIONAL messed up the queuing number and made me wait endlessly.
I think you get a clue already how tired I was.
The photographer, which I don't know the name, was so arrogant and said those thing.
I worked in hospitality industry, which the main product offered is service.
I'm not a professional yet, but I know how important a service is.
Studying hospitality just make me sensitive about service now.
King Foto Group, which undoubtedly was also in service industry.
I find it such a big waste that you, whom already have a big name in this big city,
actually provide such an unpleasant service and bad manner of your team members.
I'm not asking for a King or Queen service provided to me.
But, I know that you already serve thousands of people and family out there. I also know you've already done this for my university in years.
I just don't get it that this kind of fault is still happens to you.
Well, one thing that made me snapped was the photographer actually.
I am well aware that people in service industry will always be a two-faces person.
BUT, as a professional, we should never show that negative side to our client.
And it's funny how that photographer SAID those words OUT LOUD in FRONT of me.
Get it? Get it?
After the photoshoot finished, I just went right away.
I didn't even smile and say thank you.
Something that I rarely did in my life.

Once again, I do not intend to spread bad mouth about King Foto Group.
But, if one member of yours is reading this now, please please please to be aware of such a thing. This is also for your own good, rite ^^
